Exoprimal is an online, team-based action game in which humans equipped with modern exosuits must face the most terrifying beasts in history – the dinosaurs.

The exosuits fulfill various roles, and players must utilize their power to fight off vast hordes of dinosaurs. A variety of team-based online game modes are available to adventurers. In the main mode, Dino Survival, two five-player teams compete in various PvE and PvP missions. Players are transported to the site of the latest dinosaur invasion and complete objectives, following Leviathan's instructions. The first team to complete their mission wins.

Whether players engage in direct combat with the opposing team or work together to defeat a common enemy, their goal is to complete their objectives as quickly as possible. Missions vary depending on player skill and other factors, making each encounter unique.
